Terms and conditions
1.placing an order with John Alan Flowers by telephone or website you are deemed to have read and understood the following terms and conditions
1.1 orders can be cancelled 48 hours prior to the specified delivery date by email with the order number and reason for cancelling, we can not cancel orders requested during peak times or funeral items. Once we receive your cancellation request we will confirm by email.
1.2 you can change information on an order (card message or time of delivery) upto 24 hours before the delivery date, please call the shop to do so.
1.3 due to the perishable nature of flowers all complaints will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If flowers are disposed with out photographic evidence with in 48 hours no refund will be given.
1.4 if we can not make contact with the recipient or the customer through no fault of our own or the customer does not contact us we can not be held responsible for non delivery if we hace tried all possible methods.
1.5 all floral products are subject to availability, in the event of any supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternative product of a similar style.
